Gallium Sphinx (Hyles gallii)

Hyles gallii (bedstraw hawk-moth, galium sphinx) is a moth of the family Sphingidae.

Resembles Spurge Hawkmoth, but jagged cream-colored stripe on FW is clean-cut., without any dark peppering. Black HW has a broad pink median band.

Hosts: Bedstraw, willow weed woodruff, and godetia.
